Skills 4.0 provides a range of courses to equip learners with the critical proficiencies that they will need to thrive in the labour market of tomorrow (The Fourth Industrial Labour Market). The harsh reality is that work as we know it is changing rapidly. Computers, machines, and robots are becoming a more integral part of society and more importantly for your child’s future, the labour market. How will they adapt to this rapidly changing environment and what skills do they need to thrive under those conditions? We have the answer!

We focus on STEAM education (Science Technology Engineering Arts and Maths) that follows an experiential learning approach. The idea is simple; teach children how to learn creative and critical thinking skills in an interactive environment and how to engage in complex problem solving whilst collaborating with others, this will distinguish them in the labour market of the future, despite automation and mechanization.

Our courses are geared towards grades 6-12 students and is aligned with the CAPS guidelines set forth by the South African Department of Basic Education. We are passionate about equipping people for the future of work and to enable the potential that technology brings to the workplace.
